3.9.9.12.4
Error Notification
Error detection is performed when a suspend interrupt request is issued, and an error flag is set to the parameter
(SYNCHRO_iSoP2CPU (refer to Section 3.9.12.11)) within the SCU_RAM when an error occurs.
The conditions for error detection are as follows:
(1) A suspend interrupt request is not cancelled
(2) The MATH_PROC of the sequencer corresponding to the suspend interrupt request has started
When an error is detected, there are cases when the sampled data is not written to the FIFO.
The sequencer complete interrupt requests and suspend interrupt requests from the CPU are performed for each
source, and the next request is performed after confirming the interrupt from the SCU.
The setting of the MATH_PROC cannot be re-written until the MATH_PROC is executed with the given
settings at least once.

The controls of (1) to (6) in the above Figure are the same as Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-81. During the
control of (4), the MATH_PROC started, causing the SYNCHRO_iSoP2CPU to be set to "1". Note that the
transition of the SYNCHRO_iSoP2CPU from "1" to "0" must be controlled by the CPU. When the sequencer
detects an error, it sets the SYNCHRO_iSoP2CPU to "1", but does not set it back to "0".

SLEEP
When the internal sequencer has nothing to process, it automatically enters SLEEP. Sequencers in SLEEP will
