selected, the data is treated as 16 bit 2 axis data. When non-vector mode is selected, the data is treated as
MSB-aligned 16 bit data for each channel. In the case of vector mode, the data readout from HPADC0 is allocated
to the LSB side ({x}) and the data readout from HPADC1 is allocated to the MSB side ({y}).
You can select whether or not to apply the MATH_PROC processing by the MATH_PROC setting.
Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-75 shows the flow of the sensor data when capturing the external data.

Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-75 Sensor Data Flow when Capturing External Data
When the data captured by the SPI, I2C, LPADC, or HPADC is sent through the MATH_PROC, take out a
maximum of 6 Bytes of continuous data from the selected capture start position, then perform Byte Swap and left
shift in units of 2 Bytes (see Section 3.9.12.11.6), and perform the data normalization processing. Figure SCU
(Sensor Control Unit)-76 shows an example of data normalization of transferring data 2 Bytes at a time from a 12
bit data sensor.
