Scheme logic and setting

Figure 2.5-5 to Figure 2.5-7 show that signals 'EFP_ZONE.OTP_CH* and EFP_TR.OTP_CH*'

are generated for trip evaluations. The signals will be issued based on both the OCEFP_CH*

element operations and the CB open conditions

[EFP_CH*], and [TDLD_CH*] in respective CHs, when the EFP function operates in On-Zone

(Mode 1) or On-TR (Mode 2) setting.
