Signals presented for the motor status
(ii)
Through the transition of motor statuses, the motor status signals are generated. The user can
read a motor status by checking the signals shown in Table 2.28-5.

Motor parameter
(iii)
Monitoring function and LCD screen can output motor parameter depending on the motor
status. The following information is shown with the motor parameter:
-The time when the motor was started before.
-Accumulated time for which the motor has been running
-Count number of which the motor has been started (including the number of Hot start,
Cold starts and Total starts)
-Peak current value during the motor has start-up status
Transitions of irregular transitions
(iv)
General transitions have been illustrated in Figure 2.28-1 and Figure 2.28-2. However, since
there is a possibility to occur irregular motor operations, the motor state judgment can also be
applied to irregular mode.
Irregular mode-1
The motor current does not exceed 150% of [Mot-Ir], after changing to motor status
"Start-up".
We cannot simply determine the finished start-up status by observing the motor current.
Therefore, it is possible to define by the setting [Mot-Start-IrrMode1], whether the motor
status is to be continued "Start-up" or change to "Running", when the motor start-up
time elapses.
Name
Motor status is "Stop".
-If the motor status is "Stop", this signal is generated.
Motor status is "Start-up".
-If the motor status is "Start-up", this signal is generated.
Motor status is "Running".
-If the motor status is "Running", this signal is generated.
The motor status is shown by the following pattern of signal
generation.
-If the motor status is "Stop",
-If the motor status is "Start-up",
-If the motor status is "Running",
- 322 -
Description
this signal is always not generated.
this signal repeats generation and non-generation.
