Control logics for SBO/DIR modes

Control logics for 'HHD resetting and 'VAR resetting' are provided.
Receiving "Select command for HHD resetting" from the remote-end

Figure 4.3-9 shows the logic when a "Select command (Remote-RESET-Control)" signal is
applied in HHD control. The logic has an input-point "PWRQ_HHD_RSTREQ" for the
reception of the select command; the point should be mapped for the IEC61850 communication
(see sec. 4.3.8). The input-point "PWRQ_HHD_RSTREQ" is significant to HHD resetting; the
HHD failure will be indicated if mapping is not performed correctly.
