Possible Cause
Hardware Error
The copier is not
functioning properly

equipped with
specified components

communicating with
the controller
Network Error
The controller is not
properly configured
for the network.
At this point, you have determined that the problem is most likely related to a client-side error.
Refer to the section that applies to the client operating system you are trying to print from:
Windows, Macintosh, or Unix.

1 Is the copier functioning
normally? Do copy jobs
output properly?
2 Check the Device page of
TopAccess. Are the options
specified for the job
supported by the hardware
configuration? If not, delete
the job, install the required
components, and try again.

4 Can you print jobs from other
client workstations?

successfully from this client
