Displays the number of the data that are being presently compared crosswise
on the Control Unit.
r9794[0] = 1 (monitoring clock cycle)
r9794[1] = 2 (enable safety-related functions)
r9794[2] = 3 (SGE changeover, tolerance time)
r9794[3] = 4 (transition time, STOP F to STOP A)

Change timer in the MM has been active too long.
When starting the change timer, MM has not set
the "timer running bit".
The CU had not started the check (watchdog)
timer although in MM the change timer is presently
running.
