Organize in conjunction with the customer administrator the installation and connection of the
following:
•
RIP systems
•
HPPF units
•
Cables and network
Install the finishing components
Install the Rewinder jig to test the operation of the press. When completed perform the finisher
installation according to the customers design and Site Preparation Guide.
Installing the turnbar stepping plate
1.
Install the turn stepping plate over the turnbar assembly using four Allen M6 screws and
washers.
Install the main power connection and transformer
The press should be hard connected to the mains by a qualified local electrician in accordance with
local safety regulations. The connection must be through a lockable mains supply disconnect switch
rated at 32 A 5000 AIC type G. The cables must be protected by a conduit.
