Transmission of a CMC package to a third party

Legal information on Open Source Software and Commercial off-the-shelf
If a CMC package in which Shield with Open Source Software or Commercial off-the-shelf is
integrated, is transmitted to a third party, the CMC package must contain explicit information
on the legal conditions.
In order not to violate the licensing agreement, include the "Notes for conformation" dialog
page in the file on the CD. This file is located in the root directory of the CD.
