Loading the operating system of the IM 308-C
from the memory card
Application
You do not have to load a new operating system onto the IM 308-C unless
you update to a new version of COM ET 200 Windows.
Exception
The IM 308-C release 3 is not hardware-compatible with release 2.
Consequently, you must consult your Siemens contact partner regarding
upgrading.
You cannot upgrade to release 3 by loading the new operating system from
memory card.
Loading the
If you want to load the operating system of the IM 308-C from memory card,
