5-5. Setting the DECK Mounted on Cart
Mountable DECK: PDW-1500, PDW-HD1500, PDW-F1600, PDW-F70, PDW-F75
(1) Software version for the DECK
. Ver1.56 for the PDW-1500.

For Ver1.60, it takes time for processing when a double-layered disc is inserted.
. Ver1.51 or higher for the PDW-HD1500 and PDW-F1600.
. Ver1.98 or higher for the PDW-F70 and Ver1.81 or higher for the PDBK-101*
. Ver1.98 or higher for the PDW-F75 and Ver1.81 or higher for the PDBK-101*
* : PDBK-101 (NET-1 board) is a component parts of the PDBK-A640.
(2) Set the menu settings of the front panel of the DECK as follows.

After the menu settings, be sure to quit from menu mode.
PDW-1500
1) Setting the line mode
Select 525 (U), 525 (J), or 625 for basic menu item 013.
After setting, turn off the power of cart, and turn on again.
2) Setting the IP Address
Set DHCP to "DISABLE" beforehand.
Enter MAINTE MENU.
Level 1: NETWORK
Level 2: →IP ADDRESS - - - - - Set the IP Address.
After setting, be sure to turn off the power of cart, and to turn on again.
3) Enable the extended menu display
Enter MAINTE MENU.
Level 1 : Set up
Level 2 : Extended- - - - - Set to ENABLE.
4) n&9pin: Select " n&9pin " for basic menu item 257.
5) Free mode: Select " free " for basic menu item 036_1.
6) Specification of national date and time.
Enter System menu.
Level 1 M3 : Time preset (Clock Set)
Level 2 M3D : Set YEAR, MONTH, DAY, TIME.
7) Set the toggle switch on the left of the control panel to REMOTE.
PDW-HD1500/PDW-F1600
1) Setting the line mode
Enter basic menu item "013 : SYSTEM FREQ", and select "1080/59.94i" or "1080/50i".
After setting, turn off the power of cart, and turn on again.
2) Setting the IP Address
Enter MAINTENANCE MENU.
Level 1 M5 : NETWORK
Level 2 M51 : IP ADDRESS - - - - - Set the IP address.
After setting, be sure to turn off the power of cart, and to turn on again.
3) Enable the extended menu display
Enter MAINTENANCE MENU.
Level 1 M4 : SETUP MAINTENANCE
Level 2 M40 : EXTEND MENU - - - - - Set ENABLE.
