Video conferencing with multiple parties
The unit does not feature an MCU (Multipoint Communication Unit) function for conferencing
with multiple parties. Separate MCU equipment is required if you want to do video
conferencing with multiple participants.
Using the SIP protocol
Connection with IP telephones and other devices is supported using SIP (Session Initiation
Protocol).
When using SIP, the content shown in the content area is shared with the video conferencing
remote party in accordance with BFCP (Binary Floor Control Protocol).
Reception of BFCP is also supported from a remote party, enabling content sharing from a
remote party in the same way as for other content.
