Chapter 9: Troubleshooting
For example, press the Sample Handler Valves button to display the Sample Handler Valves screen
that contains buttons for each of the sampler handler valves (V1-SH, V2-SH, V3-SH, V5-SH, and P1-SH). Pressing
each of these buttons causes the valve on the Analyzer to toggle open or closed. The state of the valve appears
as "1" (active) or "0" (inactive) on the button under the valve name. Each valve is open in its active state or closed
in its inactive state, with the one exception of V6-R, which is open in its inactive state. Sample Handling Pump
P1-SH can also be activated from this screen to aid in troubleshooting flow issues.
When a valve is working properly, you can hear a click when the valve is activated or deactivated. You can also
feel the "click" with your hand by touching the valve body during activation or deactivation.
