6411 - CO
Gas Leak Detected Warning

Message: "This warning has been triggered because CO
was detected by the NDIR when no CO
should have

been present. First, perform a Reactor Liquid Flow test and a Bypass Liquid Flow test. Then, perform the gas leak
tests in diagnostics and ensure system is not leaking. Continue running sample. If the error persists, replace
reactor seals, pinch tubing, and water in GLS."
Explanation: CO
was detected by the NDIR when no CO
should have been present. Follow the troubleshooting

instructions detailed in the warning message. For details on performing the tests, refer to
"Gas Leak Checks," on
page 226.
Rinsing the NDIR's center tube with warm tap water can also fix this problem.
6412 – Acid Error
Message: "The acid container needs attention."
Explanation: The level sensor in the acid container indicates that the container should be refilled.
6413 – Oxidizer Error
Message: "The oxidizer container needs attention."
Explanation: The level sensor in the oxidizer container indicates that the container should be refilled.
6414 – Dilution Water Error
Message: "The dilution water container needs attention."
Explanation: The level sensor in the dilution water container indicates that the container should be refilled.
6415 – Check Standard Error
Message: "The check standard container needs attention."
Explanation: The level sensor in the check standard container indicates that the container should be refilled.
6416 – Stream 1 Flow Warning
Message: "Stream 1 flow stopped."
Explanation: Check that water is flowing in the sample cup and the inlet valve (if installed) is properly adjusted. If
the problem persists, please export the warnings and contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions.
