(8) Return the head to the highest position of the signal level in the previous item and
press the [②信号調整 Start] button.
(Confirm the PC window and the calibration is performed).
Again, move the beam to the opposite direction at the same speed.
(Again, the calibration is preformed and "信号調整 (Signal Adjustment)" is
completed).
Note:
In the case of NG (No Good), repeat this item.
(9) [ Press the [③Gain 設定確認] button.
Confirm that all the Gain set values are "OK" in the judgement area.
In the case of "OK", press the [終了(ESC)] button to return the initial window.
In the case of "NG", adjust it again because the signal might not be adjusted at the
highest signal level position using the [②信号調整] button or the gap between the
linear scale and the scale need might be too large.
(10) Press the [④信号 Monitor] button and make sure that "Magnitude Scale A, B and C"
values are all within the standard range through all the strokes.
In the case that there is no problem, press the [終了(ESC)] button to return the initial
window.
Note:
When the beam is to be moved, take care that no cables interfere with the machine.
