Clean Pilot Oil Filter
--- every 2000 hours

WARNING: Hydraulic oil becomes hot during
operation. Severe burns may result if skin comes
in contact with hot hydraulic oil. Wait for the oil to
cool before starting any maintenance work.
IMPORTANT: Remove trapped hydraulic circuit
pressure by using the loader control levers.
1. Park the machine following the same procedures as
described on page 7-7 for preparation of inspection/
maintenance work.
2. Install articulation stopper (lock bar) to the front
and rear of the chassis by following the procedures
described on page 7-9.
3. Before removing the filter element, be sure to
relieve the air pressure from the hydraulic oil tank by
pressing air bleed valve (1).

4. Disconnect hoses and remove adapter (7).
Remove adapters (8, 9) including washer (10) and
filter (11) inside.
5. Place a suitable container under the filter.
6. Remove adapter (8) and clean filter (11) by applying
air or cleaning solution from the oil flow outlet side.
7. Install the cleaned filter with washer (10) and
adapters (7, 8, 9).

NOTE: If washer (10) and filter (11) are removed, carefully
install the washer evenly in adapter (9), otherwise, adapter
(8) cannot be fully tightened, causing leakage.
