After use
Switch the salamander off.
Clean the salamander after each use
while it is still warm to the touch (see
"Cleaning and care").
Do not lower the browning unit until
the residual heat indicator has gone
out.
The salamander is not switched off
until the browning unit has been
completely retracted.
