Salt, sugar and grains of sand, e.g. from cleaning vegetables, can

scratch the surface. Keep surfaces clean at all times.



Rough bases will scratch the ceramic surface. Only use dishes

with smooth bases. Lift dishes to move them to prevent the risk of

scratches and marks on the surface.



Plastic dishes melt at high temperatures. Use heat-resistant

crockery made from porcelain or glass.



To prevent the risk of scratches to the surface of the browning

unit, do not place items on it.



Where several CombiSets are installed side by side:

Hot objects can damage the seal of the cover strip between the ap-

pliances. Do not place hot pans near or on the cover strip.
