position to perform remote
loop back test (see Figure 1 l-5).

RDTU transmit signal is blocked; signal received from network (CSU) is sent back to (CSU) network.

RDTlJ LEDs (during remote loop back) will continue
to turn OFF/ON as shown below during the test.

This test only loops "data" back. If A, B, C, and D signaling
is sent by the network, it is not looped back to the network
and may appear as an error to the network tesf equipment.
These errors should be disregarded.
