7. Start the engine and wait for one minute, then run at
slightly higher than the low idle speed for about 30
minutes until the water temperature reaches above
85ºC.
Take care of the water level especially for the first 5
minutes, and add water via expansion tank cap (3) as
needed.
IMPORTANT: The water temperature must be kept
at 85ºC of higher during flushing to open the
thermostat in order to circulate the water within
the radiator.
8. Let the engine cool down naturally with the engine
shut "OFF".
9. Stop the engine and loosen drain plug (2) to drain
the cooling system. Tighten drain plug (2).
10. Repeat flushing steps 5 through 9 above until the
water is clean.
11. Tighten drain plug (2) and fill the system with the
premixed coolant by taking steps 5 and 6.

12. Start the engine and wait for one minute, then run at

minutes until the coolant temperature reaches above
85ºC.
Let the engine cool down naturally with the engine
shut "OFF".
13. Wait until the engine has cooled.
Check the coolant level and add if necessary.
14. Add coolant additive via expansion tank cap (3).

16. Reinstall expansion tank cap (3).
