This Miele cleaning machine can be used to clean, rinse and chemic-
ally disinfect breathing apparatus for professional use that can be re-
processed by machine, such as air regulators, breathing masks and
carrier frames for compressed air units. Information issued by the
manufacturers of the breathing apparatus must be heeded.
The cleaning machine may only be used with Miele baskets, carriers
and accessories approved for the machine and designed for the
breathing apparatus.
The cleaning machine may not be used with organic solvents or in-
flammable or foaming liquids.
Soiling, such as ash, sand, wax, lubricants or paint, must not be in-
troduced into the cleaning machine.
The breathing apparatus must only be contaminated with the usual
soiling from fire brigade operations or exercises. Manual pre-cleaning
is required if the apparatus is heavily soiled with soot.
The cleaning machine may not be used for breathing apparatus that
has not been approved for machine reprocessing by the manufac-
turer.
The cleaning machine may not be used for reprocessing any products
other than breathing apparatus, especially medical devices.
Disposable items, such as single-use masks or breathing filters, must
not be reprocessed.
