Parameter
System ID
Identifies the system to the GE
backoffice servers.
Serial Number
Identifies the unit and is set at the
time of manufacture.
Enterprise URL
If required, designate the address
of the GE backoffice servers
required to communicate with the
Remote Service agent.
Enterprise Tunnel
If required, designate the address
URL
of the GE backoffice servers
required to communicate with the
tunneling agent.
Protocol
Identifies the protocol used to
communicate with the enterprise
servers.

Select Save to apply the configuration setting changes.
Enable the Remote Service agent
The ATS is factory-configured with the Remote Service agent disabled. After an FE
has configured your ATS for remote serviceability, this option must be enabled for
use. To enable or disable the Remote Service agent, perform the following steps.
1.
Log onto the Webmin service interface on page
2.
Select the Configuration tab.
3.
Select Remote Service > Control.
4.
On the Remote Service Controls screen, select the appropriate option in the New
State field:
To enable the Remote Service Agent, select Enable.
