AC or DC power input.

Mains and Ready back panel indicators: The Mains is lit when the module is
powered. Ready indicator lights up after the module self-test is completed.

Up to 8 analog inputs for voltage, current, or DC transducers, identified as 101 to
108.

Up to 32 digital inputs identified as 201 to 232.

One connector for fiber optic links. The connector has an Act indicator that lights
up when its link is active (i.e., it is receiving requests of the processing module).
