Wizard for importing directories – Composition of the telephone number
A maximum of 32 digits per directory entry is used for the composition of
!
the telephone number, regardless of the field selection.
ì
In the left-hand pane, select the fields in your import file from which the import
wizard is to use for composing the telephone number of the imported directory
entries.
ì
Click > to move a selected field to the hand-hand pane.
ì
Check the results of your field selection that is shown in the Example of selected
composition field.
ì
Change any other settings you want:
– Use the < button to change your field selection.
– Use the Arrow up and Arrow down buttons to change the order of the selected
fields.
ì
Confirm your settings with Next.
This opens the Wizard for importing directories – Finish dialogue.
