Exporting the Calls List

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls list.
ì
Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you only want to export cer-
i
tain Calls list entries.
ì
Click the Calls list entry you want to export. Keep the <Ctrl> key pressed if you want
to select several Calls list entries.
ì
In the Action menu click Export...
This opens the Export dialogue.
ì
Select the file format in the Export Format field.
ì
Enter a file name for the export file in the To File field.
You can also enter a path in the To File field for storing the export file. You

will find more information about this in Chapter "Selecting the export
folder" on page 103.

In the Fields Available section click the columns whose contents you want to
export.
ì
Click the > button to move the selected columns to the Fields To Export section.
ì
Define the order in which the fields to be exported are to be included in the export
file.

page 104 and "Sorting the fields to be exported" on page 105.

Click Export to start the exporting of the file.
Successful export will be shown by a confirmation dialogue.

Click Close to quit the Export dialogue.
