When feeding the output signal to other amplifier, connect these
jacks to the AUX input jacks of that amplifier.
What is MQJS?
The MQJS mechanism
is designed to seek blank portions between sections of recorded tape, and then to automatically commence
playing from a blank portion.
In the RT-S933, the MQJS mechanism can jump up to 10 sections forward, or 9 sections backward,
and automatically start playing a selected tune.
Note:
Keep [AUTO REPEAT]
button @ in the 11 (out) position.
[TIMER/MQJS]
button @} may be in either one of oi or
2 position.
a Repeated Listening to a Present Tune
(@) Put the tape into playback mode as described earlier under
"Listening to Tapes".
@ Press the [44REW/REVIEW]
button @.
a Jumping the Present Tune to the Next
a) Put the tape into playback mode as described earlier under
"Listening to Tapes''.
@ Press the [>> FF/CUE} button @.
In the above two cases it is not necessary to press the [MQJS]
button &.

pianissimo
(very
soft sound)

silence,

switched to fast forward or rewind mode).

after the start of a tune, or when

played instead of the next).

« Procedure of Recording Tape for MOJS
@When
recordong
from
the
radio or via microphones,
make
the
blank
portions
between
each
recorded
portion
in the
following way:
G) At the end of a recording, keep pressing the [NPAUSE/
EDITOR}
button
@ letting the tape continue moving for at
4a
least 5 seconds.
@) Then release the [IIPAUSE/EDITOR] button & to stop the
tape.
@) After a commercia! or other unwanted announcements
have
finished, press the [®RECORD!
button & or [PPLAY]
button € again to start recording again.
