Put the grease, up to filling, in the 4
bearing supports (sleeve adjustment
and front paddle closing), use a grease
pump. Then clean up the excess. We
recommend using a lithium grease with
mineral oil base, viscosity ISO VG 100,
type LGMT2 (SKF) or AFB-LF (THK).

Washing the cover:
- padding (rear clamps and cuff clamp); take them off
the machine and proceed with washing and drying as
indicated on the instructions label, then put them
back to their original position. Check the wear of the
machine paddings and, if necessary, replace them,
to avoid leaving marks on clothes.

In order to proceed with the maintenance of the internal
parts of the machine, remove all panels to allow
access. All parts found damaged during control, must
be replaced. When finishing operation assemble all
parts back to their original position.
Six monyhly
Condensate trap:
Remove the filter from trap and
eliminate impurities using air or
compressed air. Check the proper
operation.
Adjust working pressure:
Check the correct adjustment of
the pressure-reducing air inside
the pneumatic panel by comparing
it with the instructions on the
manual-Technical Section.
Annually
Joints and taps: check the correct functioning making
sure there are no leaks.
Safety and instructions labels: check they are in good
shape and well visible.

STORAGE OR DEMOLITION

In case of a long period storage, it is necessary to
disconnect the hydraulics, electric and pneumatic feeding
sources.
Proceed as follows:
a) Drain the condensate tank, if existing, blowing
compressed air inside the steam inlet joint.
b) Turn off the steam/condensate taps, then disconnect
all connections.
c) Remove scale from copper tubes (see "Maintenance").
d) Drain the compressed air filter cup.
e) Close the compressed air feeding tap, then disconnect
the all connection.
f) Disconnect the main power line.
Locate the machine in a proper, dry and safe place; cover
it with a cloth to shelter from humidity and dust (see
"Safety warnings").
According to article 26 of the D.lgs 49/2014
"Implementation of directive 2012/19/EU on
waste electrical and electronic devices
(WEEE)".
The label showing the crossed mobile garbage container
on the product points out that the product must not be
disposed of through the conventional procedure of
disposal of the domestic waste.
To avoid possible damage to the environment and for
improved human health, the product has to be separated
from the other domestic waste and delivered to the
designated collection point for the re-cycling of electric
and electronic waste
The diversified collection and the recycling of rejected
instruments will serve to preserve the natural resources
and to safeguard the environment and the health of the
people .The unauthorized disposal of the product will be
prohibited according to the local news.
For greater details on the available collection centres
please contact the competent local authority or the retailer
of the product.
Proceed as for the storage operation, without doing the
operations of cleaning /removal of scales.
This machine has a warranty of one year from the date of
purchase, please keep your invoice as a proof of
purchase
This machine has been carefully manufactured and
properly tested before delivery. In those cases advised in
the warranty, call the service centre.
