Figure 7–13 shows a diagram of the output circuit. After first passing through an
output resistance of 50 W, the buffer output is routed to the output connectors.
The AWG2021 can be used without terminating the receiving (user) side with a
resistance of 50 W, but when waveform distortion is great the 50 W termination
is required.
