Whenever the status is changed, the field
indicating the reason for editing is enabled,
and the text entered here is stored in the log
history with the status change.
When a service case help request is saved
for the first time, the date and time are saved
automatically and are always displayed with
the service case (in a format that cannot be
changed).
The user of this interface has permanent
access to the current control software. The
current control software is detected
automatically by ePS Network Services and
is available directly at this point.
