1. Check the connection on the outdoor unit
PCB.
2. Thermistor shorted or opened.

check hot gas sensor located near the heat
exchanger in heating mode.

Causes
1. Temperature sensor is not connected
properly.
2. Temperature sensor is defective (discon-
nected or short circuited).
3. Defective outdoor unit main PCB.
