Remove 1 strap, release the harness from
the harness clamp, and take off the exhaust
fan with the duct.

Release the harness from the harness
clamp, remove the two-sided tape and take
off the exhaust fan.

Take off the left cover.
P.2-18 "2.5.3 Left cover"

Disconnect 1 connector, remove 1 screw,
and then take off the temperature/humidity
sensor.
