Fault 4: The LEDs on a line card start to behave strangely after the line card has been
working for a while.
Description:
The line card's Status LED suddenly turns OFF, starts to flash, or lights RED. The line card's Link/Act LED lights
solidly when no network cable or fiber optic cable is plugged in. The fault remains after a restart.

Troubleshooting:

Check if the line card has become loose. If the line card has become loose, re-install the line card, ensuring that
it has been inserted in the right position, and tighten the fastening screws. If the line card still does not work,
check if the connector on the back of the slot on the backplane is loose and check if the guiding rails for the slot
have become distorted. If there is a problem with the backplane's slot or the if the guiding rails have become
distorted, try to install the line card in another slot. If the slot or connection is not the cause of the problem, return
the line card for repair.
Fault 5: The LED of the control management module is abnormal.
Description:
The control management module's LED becomes abnormal after the board is powered on or after it has been
working for some time. For example, the Status LED is flashing or turned off.
Troubleshooting:
Check if the management module has become loose. If the management module has become loose, re-install
the management module, ensuring that it has been inserted in the right position, and tighten the fastening
screws. If the management module still does not work, check if the connector on the back of the slot on the
backplane is loose and check if the guiding rails for the slot have become distorted.
Fault 6: The fan tray does not work the fan tray's LED behavior is unusual.
Description:
After the system has started, the fans in the fan tray do not work or the Power LED is OFF, and the Alarm LED is
RED.
Troubleshooting:
Check if there is a secure connection between the fan tray and the backplane. If there is a secure connection, the
fan tray needs to be replaced.
