Operation
NOTE
For

1. Set
POWER

NOTE
There
must
be
at least
200 ns between the
Stop
pulse
and
the
next Start
pulse. When measuring
the time
interval between
the same polarity
slope
of
two pulses
from
a
single
source,
the PER A mode
should
be
used.

are from separate sources, connect
