Cause
GCheck the FTP recording function whether it is set to

GIf the recording did not resume even if you wait for
more than 1 minute, check the connections with FTP
server and the network camera.
GWhen "Image Accumulation" is set to "ON"
(¡ page. 49), unsent recording files are accumulated
in an SD memory card of the network camera. When
the connection is re-established, all the accumulated
recording data is sent to an FTP server.
GDepending on the conditions of your server,
networking, image size and/or image quality settings,
numbers of sent images may become fewer than your
expectation.
GPress the reset button.
Pressing the reset button returns all the firmware
settings of the camera to their default values (initial
state at the time of purchase).
Perform the following procedure to initialize the camera
settings.
1. Use a LAN cable to connect the camera to a hub
with the power is turned on.
2. Turn on the camera.
3. Wait about one minute.
4. Press and hold the camera reset button for five to
ten seconds.
5. Wait about one minute.
Once the camera has restarted, reconfigure the
settings. For details on the network and other initial
settings, refer to page 13.
