Attach the power cable to the plate, install a strain relief to the plate, and make sure the protective earth
conductor extends a minimum of 203 mm (8 in) from the grommet or strain relief.

Apply a ferrule to the protective earth wire; the electrician must provide the correct ferrule.
7.
Connect the four wires to the terminal block as shown below, and connect the protective earth wire to the
protective earth terminal block. Tighten three flat-headed screws.
