Prevent the scissors lift table from rolling by
pressing the brake pedal (12) to activate the
brakes.

Lift the scissors lift table with a trolley jack.

Secure the scissors lift table on a jack stand.
WARNING
Danger of the Scissors Lift Table Falling!
The scissors lift table could fall if it has not been
lifted and secured while the castor wheels are
being changed. This could result in serious
personal injuries or severe damage to materials.
Lift the scissors lift table with a trolley jack
that has a sufficient load capacity.
Secure the scissors lift table on a jack stand
that has a sufficient load capacity.
4.
Loosen all four screws (46) on the castor wheel
(6) and set them aside. Remove the castor wheel
(6) from the bottom frame (7) and dispose of it.
5.
Attach the new castor wheel (6) to the bottom
frame (7) and secure it with all four screws (46).
Tighten the screws (46) with a torque of 50 Nm.
6.
Remove the trolley jack and jack stand from the
scissors lift table.
