Problem
The display and control of
recordings becomes slow.
Recording to USB memory
stick not possible.

Possible cause
When there are a lot of
recordings stored loading, the
Manage recorder page loads
slower since information
about all these recordings
needs to be loaded.
USB memory stick not fully
inserted in Control Unit.
USB memory stick incorrect
type or incorrectly formatted.
USB memory stick too large.
USB memory stick full.
USB memory stick damaged.

Possible solution
–
Connect a USB cable to
the micro USB connector
at the rear of the Control
Unit and transfer files to
a PC if necessary.

Remove recordings.
Delete redundant recordings
to decrease the loading time
of the Manage recorder page.

Make sure the USB
memory stick is fully
inserted.
–
Check that the USB
recording LED indicator
is green: Indicates that
the USB memory stick is
selected and the Control
Unit is ready for
recording.
Make sure the USB memory
stick: is of the correct type
and is correctly formatted.

Do not use a USB memory
stick larger than 128 GB.

Check internal recording
LED indicator: Red/green
flashing indicates that
the internal memory is
full.

Connect the USB
memory stick to a PC,
and transfer the files to a
hard disk if necessary.

Check the read/write
possibilities of the USB
stick.

Note: If the Control Unit
does not detect the USB
memory stick, it will
