NOTE:
When moving the carpet shampooer/ extractor from one location to an other, always make sure th e
recovery and clean water solution tan ks are completely empty. Th en tilt th e unit sligh tly backward an d
roll on rear wheels or use the carpet shampooer/ extractor's carrying h an dle for tran sportin g up an d
down stairs.

A. Fill the Clean Water Solution Tank
1)
Lift up th e tan k latch to release the clean water solution tan k.
2)
Grasp the carryin g h an dle on th e clean water solution tan k and
remove it from unit.
3)
Remove cap and add 4 ounces of Genuine GE carpet/ upholstery
sh ampoo to th e tan k.
4)
Fill tan k to th e design ated fill lin e with warm tap water, n ot to
exceed 120°F, replace cap ( see diagram) .
5)
Place clean water solution tan k in to th e carpet sh ampooer/
extractor un it by
a) place th e bottom of tan k in to th e reservoir.
b) gen tly push upper portion of tan k in to un it un til it snaps
securely in to place.
