Beef stew
Ingredients:
• 2|tbsp olive oil
• 750 g lean beef (e.g. fillet)
• 250|g potatoes, peeled and diced
• 200|g celery, cut in strips
• 150|g red peppers, diced
• 80|g onions, diced
• 150|g carrots, sliced
• 300|g tomato purée
• 2|tbsp curry powder
• 1|-|2|tsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 200|ml hot vegetable or meat stock
Preparation:
1. First put the vegetables into the cooking
pot.
2. Sear the beef well in a pan with the ol-
ive oil and put it on top of the vegeta-
bles.
3. Fill up with the stock.
4. Cook for about 6|h on the setting
"AUTO".
5. Finally season with salt, pepper and
curry.

Pork goulash
Ingredients:
• 500|g diced pork
• 2|tbsp clarified butter
• 1/2|tsp mustard
• 1|tbsp tomato purée
• 1|onion, peeled and diced
• 1|-|2|garlic cloves, crushed
• 1|grated carrot
• 200|ml beer
• 600|ml vegetable stock
• Salt, pepper, paprika
• cornflour or other thickener
Preparation:
1. Sear the meat well in a pan with the
clarified butter.
2. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, onions,
carrot, garlic, mustard and tomato
purée.
3. Let the mixture fry for a short time.
4. Then add the beer.
5. Put everything into the cooking pot.
6. Add the vegetable stock.
7. Cook for about 5|-|6|h on the setting
"AUTO".
8. Thicken the sauce with cornflour or oth-
er starch.
9. Serve with rice or with boiled or
mashed potatoes
