Set-reset function block SRMEMORYQT

Identification
Function description
Set/reset logic component
Functionality
The Set-reset function (SRMEMORYQT) is a flip-flop with memory that can set or reset an output
from two inputs respectively. Each SRMEMORYQT function block has two outputs, where one is
inverted. The memory setting controls if the flip-flop after a power interruption will return the state it
had before or if it will be reset. In SRMEMORYQT, the SET input has priority over the RESET input.
SRMEMORYQT propagates quality and time as well as value.
