0. Adjustment Required Items
• The color wheel, Lamp, optical engine, ballast, CW(1) P.C.B.
need to be adjusted after replacement.
Adjustment items required after replacement of each part
are listed in the table below. Perform readjustment marked
with a circle ( ○ ) for each part.

(Skip the item that needs no adjustment and move on to
the next item.)
*1 When the user points out that the Ramp color is different
after replacing the Lamp (for instance, more like orange
instead of red), check and adjust the lamp.
*2 When only the CW(1) P.C.B. has been replaced, read the
adjustment value from the original P.C.B. and enter that
value. If it is not possible to read the value, perform each
adjustment. (For reading of the data, refer to Sec 4.)

Phase adjustment to synchronize rotation of the Color
Wheel and the bit sequence of the formatter
• Pulse Position
Phase adjustment of the red segment of the Color Wheel
and the lamp pulse
• Pulse Width
Adjustment of the ON time of the above pulse
• CCA data
Data to correct variation in color caused by the Color
Wheel, lamp, etc.
• SLR
Stands for Spoke Light Recapture. Function to increase
brightness of white, utilizing the light with mixed color of
Color Wheel colors

0. 必要な調整について
・カラーホイール、ランプ、光学エンジン、バラスト、CW
(1)基板を交換した場合には調整が必要となります。
各部品を交換した場合に必要となる調整項目を表に示しま
す。 ○ のついている項目について再調整を行います。

(調整の必要のない項目は、抜かして進めてください)
*1 お客様から、ランプ交換後色がおかしい(赤色がオレン
ジ色ぽいなど)と指摘があった場合に確認及び調整を行
います。
*2 CW (1)基板だけ交換の場合は、 元の基板から調整値を読
み出し、その値を入力します。値を読み出せない場合
は、各調整を行ないます。 (データの読み出しは Sec4. 参
照)
