Perform the adjustments continuously from Sections 3-2 to
3-6 in order.
3-2. Power Voltage Check
Equipment : Digital voltmeter
Preparations
. Remove the top panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
. Connect the power cord to the AC IN connector.
. Turn ON the power, and warm up the unit for about 10
minutes.
Checking Procedures
1. Check that the following specification is satisfied.
Test point/MDM-11 board
TP1001 (GND : E1001)
TP1002 (GND : E1003)
TP1003 (GND : E1003)
TP1004 (GND : E1003)
TP1005 (GND : E1003)
TP1006 (GND : E1003)
2. Turn OFF the power, and perform "3-3. DC IN Check/
Adjustment".

3-3. DC IN Check/Adjustment

Perform "3-2. Power Voltage Check" before performing
this adjustment.
Equipment : Digital voltmeter
DC regulated power supply
Preparations
. Disconnect the power cord from the AC IN connector.
. Connect the DC regulated power supply to the DC-IN
connector.
. Turn ON the power, and warm up the unit for about 10
minutes.
Adjustment Procedures
1. Set the DC regulated power supply to 12.0 ± 0.1 V dc,
and check that the following specification is satisfied.
Test point :
TP1001 (GND : E1001)/
MDM-11 board
Specifications : +12.0 V dc ± 8 %
2. Set the DC regulated power supply to 15.0 ± 0.1 V dc.

4. Check that the value of "15V" is blinking, and press
the ENTER key.
On pressing the ENTER key, the changed value
becomes valid, and the display returns to the technical
menu display.
5. Set the DC regulated power supply to 12.0 ± 0.1 V dc.
