where x and y must be known in the 7KN Powercenter 3000. If the 7KN Powercenter 3000 has been in use for a long
time, a newly added device might have a newer, and therefore unknown, version.

Possible measures
•
Modbus gateway activated at the relevant interface?
See Web user interface → Toolbar → Service overview (gearwheels), if necessary,
activate the service under Web user interface → Settings → General.
•
Check the device connection status in the overview of the web user interface
→ if necessary, rectify communication faults on the internal communication inter-
faces.
•
Check the firewall settings
•
Check the setup of powerconfig
→ If necessary, update and reload.

Restart 7KN Powercenter 3000. See Switching the device on/off (Page 34).

Version check
could have failed

→ Update 7KN Powercenter 3000.
•
Connect powerconfig to the relevant interface and check accessibility.
•
Check the network settings, e.g. only one gateway should be entered.
•
Load a new or modified project via the web user interface.
•
If this does not lead to the desired result, 7KN Powercenter 3000 can be reset via
powerconfig → Device menu → Reset → Devices (without comm. addr.) and the
project deleted.
•
Alternatively, 7KN Powercenter 3000 can be reset via the ON/OFF pushbutton. See
Design of the devices (Page 14).
7KN Powercenter 3000 can still be accessed via the configured IP address.
•
Reset 7KN Powercenter 3000 via powerconfig → Device menu → Reset → Device.
The project and all communication parameters are deleted.
•
Alternatively, 7KN Powercenter 3000 can be reset via the ON/OFF pushbutton.
