6.15 Enabling the Do Not Disturb Function
If you do not want to be disturbed by incoming calls, you can enable the Do Not Disturb function.
After that, no incoming call will be received at your site, and remote sites will be notified that
your site is busy when calling you.
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 Enable or disable the DND function.
After the DND function is enabled, its status icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the
touchscreen.

6.16 Hiding the Local Video
During a conference, you can hide the video of your site if you do not want the video to be seen
by remote sites. When this function is enabled, the video of your site is displayed as a blue screen
at remote sites.

After the function of hiding the video of your site is enabled, the video hiding status icon is
displayed in the upper right corner of the touchscreen.
