Using the web monitoring function
1. Follow steps 1-4 described in "Login the web service".
2. Select the [Call Manager] tab. You can show the far end camera video during the call.

•
If you find this message "Please Click here to install Active-X component to avail monitoring and refresh. " , click the [Click here] and install
the ActiveX program on your computer. After install the Active-X program, you should refresh the web browser. Click the [refresh] and
then click the yellow bar and install the Active-X program again.

If setup message still appears despite installation, VLC Player might not be the recommended version. Click the [Click Here] on the ""If VLC
is installed already, Click Here. " message and then check the installation guide.

When you find this message "VLC might not be installed, please Click here to install it to avail monitoring. " , click the [Click here] to move
the setup page and install the VLC program. Install the recommended version, or recording cannot run. You should access the web
browser again after installation. If the yellow warning bar is displayed, click the bar and install the plug-in program.

If video stream is blurred or not clear, please click refresh button on web brower or press "F5" on keyboard. (Internet Explorer Only)
