Emergency Call (PGM 226)
Condition
1. An emergency call can be dialed by pressing
CO line though the station which is assigned
to COS 7.
2. If the dialed number for emergency code is
the same with station number or LCR number,
the call is operated as an emergency call. The
preference of programmed dial number which
is sent to external CO line is, Emergency Call
code -> LCR Table -> Station Number.
LCD MESSAGES
Custom Messages: 00, 11~20
Description
This feature permits the system attendant to
program Custom Messages which users can
employ in addition to the pre-selected messages
(11~20). In addition, individual users may program
message 00 as a custom message. When set by
a station user, the chosen message is displayed
on LCD to the caller.
Operation
To program Custom Message 00 from a station,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 5 2.
3. Enter the message (up to 24 characters).
4. Press
the
[HOLD/SAVE]
confirmation tone is heard.

To program Custom Messages 11~20 from the
system attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 5 3 and the message number (11~20).
3. Enter the message (up to 24 characters).
4. Press
the
confirmation tone is heard.
To activate LCD Messages (Custom/Preselected)
from a station or from the system attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 5 1.
3. Dial the 2-digit message code 00 or 11~20.
4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To cancel LCD Messages (Custom/Preselected)
from a station,
Press the flashing [DND/FOR] button or,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 5 1and #.
3. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To cancel LCD Messages (Custom/Preselected)
from the system attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0 5 2.
3. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
Preselected Messages: 01~10
Description
and
A user can select pre-assigned messages from 1
to 10 to be shown on the LCD of the calling party.
Message 00 can be programmed at each station
and, message 11~20 can be programmed by
attendant (Custom Message).
The Preselected Messages are as follows:
Message 01: LUNCH, RETURN AT HH:MM
Message 02: ON VACATION /RETURN AT DATE MM:DD
Message 03: OUT OF OFFICE/RETURN TIME HH:MM
Message 04:OUT OF OFFICE/RETURN AT DATE MM:DD
Message 05: OUT OF OFFICE/RETURN UNKNOWN
Message 06: CALL: (Telephone No: Up to 17 digits)
Message 07: IN OFFICE: STA xxxx
Message 08: IN A MEETING/RETURN TIME HH:MM
