● Code : H2-2322
● Symptom :
Diverter operation is abnormal.
● Troubleshooting method :
Is the diverter home sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5300)
YES / NO
1. Check if the connector of diverter home sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P16 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
5. Replace the diverter home sensor.
6. Replace the main control board.
Is the feed entrance motor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0020)
YES / NO → Refer to H2-2008 troubleshooting instructions.
Is the one-way clutch bearing working correctly?
YES / NO
1. Check if the shaft is locked when the one-way clutch bearing rotate CCW.
2. Replace the one-way clutch bearing pulley assembly.
Check if the diverter's hinge is broken.
Check if there is any object on diverter area. Remove it if there is.

4. Troubleshooting
● Error message : Finisher Error #H2-2322. Please open/close door.
Replace the diverter.
