"Memory Stick" is a new compact. portable
and versatile IC recording medium with a
data capacity that exceeds the capaciry of a
floppy disk.
There are two types of "Memory Stick": an
ordinary "Memory Stick" and a
%agicGate Memory Stick" that arc
equipped wirh the NiagicGatc copyright
protection technology. You can use both
types 0f"Niemory Stick" with your camera.
However, because your camera does not
support the MagicCare standards, data
recorded v\iilh your camera is not subject to
Magi&a@
copyright protection.
e You cannot record or delete images when the
write-protect swiich is set IO LOCK. The
position or the shape of Ihe write-protect switch
may differ depending on the "Memory Stick'
you use.
