appear asking if you want to save or open the file. Select Save to disk and
click OK. Depending on your browser settings, you might be prompted to
select a location for the file.
A system backup does not work using Internet Explorer 7 as a browser
window. Use Internet Explorer 6, Mozilla or Firefox for system backup if you
encounter a problem.
