Creating a destinations list
Create destinations as streaming transmit
destinations.
Note
Check the IP address, stream number, and port
number on the receiver side before configuring
settings.

Open the [WAN List] tab (page 25) of the
[Streaming] page in the web menu.

Click the [Edit] button in [Destination] on the
[WAN List] tab and create a transmit
destinations list.

Enter the following transmit destination
information and click the [OK] button.
• Transmit destination name
• IP address
• MTU
• Network jitter buffer
• Stream number
• Port number

Configuring transmission

Configure the following settings on the
[Settings] tab (page 23) of the [Streaming]
page in the web menu.
• Destination (select a transmit destination
created as described in "Creating a
destinations list")
• Video resolution
• Video bit rate
• Scene change detection
• OETF/color gamut
• Number of audio channels
• Ancillary transmission mode
• DID filter number
• SDI input type
• Test signal
Note
Items may not be selectable, depending on
the configuration.

Click the [Apply] button.
Inputting video signals
Input the video on SDI IN/OUT connector 1 of the
unit. The input video must match the transmit
settings.
Notes
• When SDI Input is set to 3G ×4 in the transmit
settings, input the video on all of SDI IN/OUT
connectors 1 to 4 of the unit.
• Set [Streaming] to the OFF position before
changing the format of the SDI signal input to
the unit.
Starting transmission

Open the [Control] page (page 18) in the web
menu and set the [Streaming] slide switch to
the ON position. Alternatively, set [Streaming]
to the ON position on the subscreen of the
Home screen (page 33) on the display of the
unit.
To stop transmission, set [Streaming] to the
OFF position.
Checking the transmission status
You can check the WAN transmission statistics
information on the [Statistics] page (page 21) in
the web menu.
If a problem occurs, you can check the description
on the [System Message] tab (page 19) of the
[Monitoring] page in the web menu or on the
Message screen (page 35) on the display of the
unit.
Transmission Latency
You can transmit 4K or HD using the unit in ultra-
low latency transmission mode.
Note
The final transmission delay is determined by the
delay introduced by the lines and the configured
buffer size.
Optimize the settings for your environment to
ensure stable operation.
